Dear Ian,

A1 Insurance was very quick and efficient from start to finish. I was introduced to A1 Insurance who then explained the whole process to me, took all the information they required and quickly returned a quote for a lot less than we are currently payong and with much better cover.

If anyone is looking for an insurance company that truly  does care about their client and not their mark up, I will highly recommend A1 Insurance to guide them through the process.

Very often in business you deal with large corporate insurance companies who have no comprehension of your business or who you are, you are just a number to them.  In many cases you deal with a different person on the end of the phone, wherever that may be.

Why one customer left the ‘comparing’ up to us!

I normally dread my car insurance renewal coming round so when I was referred to A1 Insurance I was delighted to be offered someone who could take the hassle off my hands.  I don’t have time to trawl through Comparison Websites or go looking for those companies that don’t use them, I’m a busy mum.

A1 Insurance found me the best possible price, making me a great saving on last years’ prices.  They did all the searching for me, all I needed to do was provide my car details and then my bank details to set up the Direct Debit.

Perhaps if I’d searched long and hard enough I may have been able to find as good a deal as A1 found for me, but by that time I’d have lost the will to live.  Without a doubt I will be using A1 Insurance next year when my (no longer dreaded) renewal comes around.

Just to let you know that I am really impressed by the service I’ve experienced from my Insurers, RSA.  Having had a very minor altercation with my neighbour’s car, my car was taken away on Monday for repair.  The garage came and collected it leaving me a courtesy car and sent me texts to keep me up-to-date with the progress (as well as being able to follow it on the internet). I know it was only a very minor bump but the car has already been returned and is immaculate……………..awesome service or what.  I guess the only time you find out if your policy’s any good is if you have to claim and as long as their premiums stay competitive, I’ll be happy to stay with RSA.
