In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, we are reviewing ways in which we interact with both our customers and insurers.

We are open for business as usual but have decided that, as of today, we will not invite customers/insurance providers into our office or go to visit them at home/place of business.

These measures are for the health and safety of all concerned and will hopefully be a short-lived affair.

All policies can be managed over the phone and payments can be made over the phone or by bank transfer.

If you have any concerns about your policy please phone us to discuss and we will do all that we can to help; our office number is 01377 318255.

At present all of the staff at A1 are fit and well and are working from the office. Unless government advice changes we will continue to do so; if this becomes an issue we are equipped

to work from home and will endeavour to keep things as ‘normal’ as possible.

We apologise if this inconveniences anyone but we feel it is in the best interests of all concerned and appreciates your co-operation.
